Our love affair with fresh, from scratch Mexican food didn’t come out of nowhere. Fuego Grill is the latest in a dynasty of Mexican food in Detroit. Head chef and co-founder, Sam Alvarado, grew up in his grandfather’s Mexican Fiesta restaurants, which have been serving Metro Detroit since 1962. Our passion for food goes beyond Mexican Fiesta. This love and respect for food started in our families kitchens at home. The experience of real food brought the Fuego Grill team together. Now its what Sam and his wife Nallely and the rest of our team share with you.  

At Fuego Grill, we love fresh, Mexican food! (Surprise!)  We love eating it, cooking it and especially sharing it! We care so much about the food we share with you, that we can’t let any of it be processed, frozen or prepared by anyone else. That’s why Fuego Grill uses only the freshest ingredients to cook our specialties from scratch. It’s a difference you’ll taste, but you can see it too. Our kitchen is wide open so you can see the care that goes into the food we share with you. We couldn’t have it any other way.

At Fuego Grill we think that everyone deserves delicious fresh food, which is why we do what ever we can to make it available to everyone. We’d love to have you in for lunch or dinner, but if you can’t make it, we deliver.  If you need to feed a lot of people, we offer catering services too.  Vegetarian?  No problem.  And since our home is East Dearborn, all of our products are Halal.  If there is anyway that we can serve you better, just let us know.
